Personal Service & Order Confirmation
Once the customer confirms the selected products, RSY’s servant will make a phone call & verify your ordering details & personal information in order to confirm the order & prevent mistakes.
1. If you do not get the phone call from RSY within 3 days upon the ordering confirmation (excluding official holidays), please give a call on your own initiative to check if the order is confirmed.
Payment
Cash on delivery：
When you receive the goods from the delivery service company, please check if the product is in good condition, then hand over the payment to the deliveryman.
(Remark : Payment only in cash) Freight：
No Freight for the purchasing amount above NT$2000.
The purchasing amount below NT$2000---the freight will be calculated based on the actual weigh and size.
Delivery conditions
In order to make sure the goods is delivered to the purchaser, please fill in the correct destination address；The order processing is about 10 working days and the goods will be delivered to your designated address by Delivery Service.
Return & Replacement
If the goods gets faulty during the delivery or the goods is not conform to the order, please send the product, receipt & the invoice within 7 days upon receiving the goods.
No return for the receipt of the goods over 7 days.
No return for the loss of the receipt & the invoice upon receiving the goods over 7 days.
